Involved in: Neurobiological underpinnings of empathy in aggressive conduct disorder and autism
Our study will focus on three important and unresolved issues:
1. The relationship between empathy-related brain activity and subtypes of aggressive conduct disorder (CD).
2. The comparison of proactive aggressive CD youth versus youth with autism spectrum disorders on empathy-related brain activity.
3. The amenability of empathy-related deficits over time in proactive aggressive CD youth through intervention.
